Elica-elevator's chain conveyors are manufactured in pre-assembled sections made of non-corrosive galvanized steel. The shape is compact and comfortable for mounting and maintenance.

Elica-elevator's chain conveyor can be supplied with mounted sliding gates, controlled by manual lever or electric actuator.

The chain conveyor can have single or multiple inlet hopper. The two types of hoppers divide the coming material in both sides over the returning and so avoiding jams of grain at the chain conveyor wheel. Inlet hoppers ensure the direct flow of the grain to the downside chain.

Elica-elevator Ltd. manufactures inclined double chain conveyors at angle from 20 degrees to 50 degrees. They are constructed from bolted sections made of galvanized steel.
Operation is ensured by mounted shaft gearbox appropriate for the capacity of the chain conveyor.
The angle station of the inclined double chain conveyor is manufactured of steel. The curve gives additional stability to the chain conveyor and ensures smooth movement of the chain with the paddles.
The construction itself prevents the situatin from dragging the bottom of the conveyor and collection of the grain in one point.

Chain conveyor with multiple by-pass inlet hopper gives easy access of the grain from every point along the conveyor. This model is constructed especially for unloading trucks.
